If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in Dance that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the registered child, understand that participation in dance classes involves physical activity and may carry a risk of injury. I confirm that my child is physically able to participate in this program. I understand that dance instruction is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and I agree that it is my responsibility to consult a physician if I have any concerns about my child’s health before participation.
I agree to inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or special needs that may affect my child’s participation before classes begin.
I understand that my child should participate only within their comfort level and should not continue any activity that causes pain or discomfort.
I acknowledge and accept that the instructor and hosting facility are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur as a result of participation in the program, except where required by law.

Payment Policy

Once payment is processed, there will be no refund.

If you need to cancel your registration, we can retain your payment as a credit for future use.

Absence Policy

Advance Notice: Students should notify the instructor at least 24 hours in advance if they will be absent. This can be done via email, phone.

Emergency Absences: In case of emergencies, students should inform the instructor as soon as possible.
