– Kids’ clothing, toys & accessories – Handmade crafts & jewelry – Children’s books & educational products – Art, creative activities & family services – Yalda-themed gifts and treats	1) One designated vendor space at the event with a table and 2 chairs and a table Cloths 2) Opportunity to showcase and sell your products or services. 3) Direct exposure to local families and community members. 4) Promotion as a participating vendor on Hoor Dance social media. 5) Opportunity to connect with parents and potential customers. 6) Participation in a festive Persian Yalda celebration.	– 3-hour event participation – Vendor fee: $100 for 3 hours. – Audience: Children ages 2–13 and their families. – Vendors are responsible for their own products, display materials, setup and sales. – All products and activities must be family-friendly. – Vendor registration is confirmed upon payment. – Limited vendor spaces are available.

Vendor Agreement, Consent & Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned vendor or authorized business representative, understand that participation as a vendor at The Magical Tale of Nane Sarma – A Yalda Celebration involves operating a booth and interacting with event attendees. I acknowledge that participation may involve risks, including injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, merchandise, or equipment.
I understand that Hoor Dance will provide one table and chairs for my designated vendor space. I am responsible for bringing my own products, display materials, decorations, and any additional equipment I may need. I agree to keep my space clean and safe, follow all venue rules and event instructions, and ensure that my products and activities are appropriate for a family and children’s event.
I understand that I am responsible for my products and services, sales, payments, applicable taxes, permits, licences, food safety requirements, and any insurance required by law or the venue. I agree to inform the organizer of any potential safety concerns or special requirements before the event.
I acknowledge that Hoor Dance and the event organizers are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to my person, property, merchandise, or equipment arising from my participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. I understand that the vendor registration fee is $100 for the three-hour event and is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or otherwise required by law.
I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes. I give Hoor Dance and the event organizers permission to photograph or record my vendor booth, business name, logo, products, and participation, and to use this content on their website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials without additional compensation. I understand that I may notify the organizer in writing before the event if I do not wish my booth, products, or business representatives to be featured in promotional content.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the vendor terms and conditions and voluntarily accept responsibility for my participation in the event.
